RESOLUTION OF THE SENATE OF THE ASSOCIATED STUDENTS OF MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY

Whereas, Crashpad is a program that provides transitional housing to students in need of immediate housing for a short period of time; and,

Whereas, Crashpad is already funded by ASMSU in the FY19 budget under Health and Wellbeing with an allotment of $8,000.00; and,

Whereas, HATCH, an active organization of changemakers, has pledged an additional $2,000.00 to Crashpad; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That a Special Advisory Committee be established to oversee and develop the Crashpad program; and,

Resolved, That the voting members of this Special Advisory Committee shall consist of three senators, two At-Large students, and the ASMSU Health and Wellbeing director; and,

Resolved, That the Director of the Office of Student Engagement shall serve as an ex-officio member of this Special Advisory Committee.
